GREENLAND The Marshall Bobcats took another hit Friday night in 3A-1 football.

Greenland hosted the Bobcats and sent them home with a 34-0 defeat.

With the victory, Greenland stays in the hunt for a league title. The Pirates are now 3-1 in league play and 5-2 overall.

Greenland picked up another victory last week as their loss to Pea Ridge was overturned due to the Blackhawks using an ineligible player.

Marshall falls to 0-4 in conference play and 0-7 overall.

The Pirates got things started with a single score in the first period. They were able to stretch that lead to 20-0 at halftime.

That scored stood through the third period before Greenland scored early in the fourth period. A score midway through the fourth set the final score.
