Service: 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, at Holt Memorial Chapel, with burial at Sand Hill Cemetery; Visitation: 1-2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, at Holt Memorial Chapel.

Annie Leora Henson, of Mt. Judea, passed from this life on Thursday, Jan. 18 (2018) at St. Mary’s Hospital in Russellville. She was 83 years old.

Visitation will be at 1 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 2 p.m. both on Monday, Jan. 22, at Holt Memorial Chapel. Pastor Derwin Martin will officiate. Burial will be in Sand Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jamey Criner, Steven Riley, Ethan Riley, Deej Hill, Chris Burgener, Joe Turner, Ray Ray Spears and Randall Spears. Honorary pallbearers are Heather Turner, granddaughters, Kathy and Jr. Dodson, and Dr. Tom Leslie and staff.

The daughter of Dudley and Edith (Braden) Spears was born on May 2, 1934, at Hasty.

Annie was of the Pentecostal faith. She was an avid homemaker who loved gardening, canning and quilting. Annie also enjoyed riding four wheelers, when she was able, with her friends. She absolutely loved her family especially her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids who were her pride and joy.

Her husband, Willard Henson; her parents; her stepmother, Pearl Spears; one grandson, Jeremy Smith; three brothers, Vernon, Howard and Raymond Spears; and two sisters, Bernice Holt and Bernell O’Neal, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her three daughters and their husbands, Diane and Danny Criner,, of Western Grove, Carol and Steve Riley, of Everton, and Crystal and David Hill, of Russellville; 10 grandchildren, Sarah Burgener, Jamey Criner, Heather Turner, Deej Hill, Lindsey Criner, Steven Riley, Ethan Riley, Samantha Cash, Stephanie Cash and Lilly Ann Hill; 17 great-grandchildren; and one brother and his wife, Frankie and Katherin Spears, of Piercetown.
