Service: Celebration of Life at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, at Moore Church, with interment at Moore Cemetery; Visitation: 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, at the church, with arrangements by Smith Family Funeral Home of Green Forest.

Carroll Milburn Molder, of Berryville, was born Feb. 10, 1929, in Denver, Arkansas, to John and Cynthia (Blevins) Molder. He moved peacefully to his Heavenly Home on Saturday, March 2 (2019) at the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, at the age of 90 years.

He is survived by his faithful step-children for the past 54 years, Mike Davis and wife Jody, of Little Rock, and Pat Norris and husband Junior, of Denver, Arkansas; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; his sister, RoseMary Farias ,of California; five nieces and nephews of California; sister-in-law, Laverta (Allred) Colvin, of Berryville; brother-in-law, Bill Allred, of Berryville; his Moore Church family; and a host of loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 50 years, Erma Lou (Allred) Molder; brother Lecil who was lost at sea during the War; brother, Cliff Molder; and sister, Ina Mae Brawley.

Carroll served faithfully as a Deacon and member of Moore Church for 45 years. He and Erma Lou served with the Gideons for many years, and this was a calling they both loved, as well as their many Christian Brothers and Sisters in this faithful work that was a large part of their lives.

Carroll proudly served his country in the Korean War, with the United States Navy. His love for his farm and cattle sustained his happy, fulfilling life. He was a dedicated Christian man who knew His Lord and Savior on a personal daily basis, and wanted to share this life with others.

Celebration of Life will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, at the Moore Church, with Pastor Bradley Clark and Brother Larry Montgomery officiating. Interment will follow at Moore Cemetery. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. until the service begins.
