Private funeral service will be Wednesday, May 25, at Westfield Chapel Funeral Home in Springdale.
Dorothy Mae Smith, 86, of Springdale, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 22 (2016).
She was born May 20, 1930, in Arizona, to Don and Ruth (Keith) Roberts. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Dorothy married Homer Smith on June 9, 1948. They remained sweethearts for nearly 68 years. Dorothy will be remembered for her devotion to her family.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Homer Smith; her sons, Donnie Smith and his wife, Becky and Gary Smith; her granddaughter, Mandy Fimple and her husband, Daryl and their children, Payten and Katie; her grandson, Dr. Josh Smith and his wife, Sydney and their daughter, Ella; her sister, Mary Lou High; and her nephew, Jimmy High and his wife Holly.
Private funeral services will be Wednesday, May 25, at Westfield Chapel Funeral Home.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice.
