She was born Oct. 3, 1942 in Lick Branch, near Harrison, the daughter of Edd and Sue (Christian) Grisham, who preceded her in death. She was united in marriage to J.R. Maybee, who preceded her in death in 2015.

She was a loving mother and enjoyed cooking, especially making homemade noodles and canning jelly with her grandchildren. She loved the peace and quiet the outdoors brought her while gardening her vegetables and beautiful floral gardens.

Edna had a witty personality and enjoyed sweets, especially hot fudge sundaes and malts with her daughters. She liked to go shopping including sidewalk sales and finding a bargain was always a good time. Most of all, Edna loved her family and the memories they shared will always be remembered and cherished.
