Framan 'Bub' John Madding

Service: 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with private interment at Davidson Cemetery; Visitation: 5-7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at the funeral home.

Framan John ''Bub'' Madding, age 56, of Dilley, Texas, passed away Thursday, Feb. 14 (2019) at his residence. 

Bub was born Oct. 1, 1962, in St. Charles, Missouri, the son of Lola Jean ''Jeannie'' Bates and Randell R. Richardson.

Bub was a past member of Eagle Heights Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Army. He was a truck driver and enjoyed riding his motorcycle, farming and gardening. He was a health nut, caring for his body and was generous to anyone who needed his help. He was always joking and was the life of the party. He was a wonderful son, uncle and brother.

Bub is survived by his father and stepmother, Randell and Jan Richardson, of Harrison; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Angie Mizell Istre and her husband Ray Istre, of Oak Grove, Louisiana, Rhonda Lou and Kevin Lawrence, of Monroe, Louisiana, and Debbie Wakefield, of Branson, Missouri; his brother, Phillip Richardson, of Springfield, Missouri; niece, Rachael (Benny) Lucas; and nephews, Kenneth (Ashley) Mizell, Robert Zachary and Lacy Forwood, and Stewart Matthew (Amber) Forwood.

He was preceded in death by his mother; sister, Jacqueline Forwood; uncle, Ray Richardson; his grandparents; and Shorty Freeman.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Tony Richardson officiating. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at the funeral home. Private interment will be in Davidson Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Bub's family and friends.

Honorary pallbearers are: Richard Mizell, Stewart Forwood, Lefty, and his family at Big Star Transportation.
