Billie Francene Stone, age 71, of Harrison, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 22 (2016) at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
The daughter of Bill and Francis (Cade) Heard was born Nov. 7, 1945 in Tyler, Texas.
Francene and Jim moved to Harrison in 1982 and were members of Woodland Heights Baptist Church. Francene was very active at her church, working as the church secretary, as well as serving in the church kitchen, food ministry, nursery and making blankets for babies.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Stone, of Harrison; two sisters, Juanita Buchanan and Jackie Hardaway, of Tyler, Texas; and a host of other relatives, friends and her church family that loved her and will miss her.
