Harlie Lynn Manning died on the day of her birth, Wednesday, Feb. 10 (2016) at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 15, at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16, at the funeral home. Burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery at Marshall.
She was the daughter of Thomas Manning and Emily Gayelit and the sister of Alyssa and Avery Manning.
