The Rev. John Finn, 87, of Wynne, formerly of Harrison, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 7 (2015).
He was pastor to many churches throughout the years. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1944 to 1954 before becoming a minister.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bette; his parents; seven brothers; and three sisters.
The Rev. Finn is survived by his son, Rod, of Marion; one sister; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Parkin First Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 6 tol 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, at Thompson-Wilson Wynne Funeral Home.
In lieu of flower, memorials can be made to the Wounded Worrier Project.
