Melvin Cowan, 60, of St. Joe, died Saturday, April 2 (2011) at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center, Harrison.
No visitation. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, at Rock Creek Cemetery, near Harriet. Arrangements are by Coffman Funeral Home, Harrison. Memorials may be made to Melvin Cowan Memorial fund at First Federal Bank.
The son of the late Laster James Cowan and Lelan (Williams) Cowan was born July 31, 1950, at Cherry Valley.
