Merisa Nichole Coonts, age 19, passed away Thursday, April 7 (2011) at Conway.
The daughter of Rebecca and Michael Coonts was born Sept. 18, 1991, at Harrison.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Binum and Jewell Campbell; grandfathers, Custer Coonts and Doyle Wayne Campbell; and great-uncles, whom she dearly loved, Junior and Ted Coonts.
She is survived by her mother, Rebecca Coonts and her fiancé, Mike Reeves of Everton; father, Michael Coonts of Mt. Judea; brothers, Justin Coonts of Bergman and Nick Coonts of the home; her grandmother, Noble Coonts of Jasper; grandparents, Shelia and Carey Tucker of Lead Hill; and a host of relatives and friends.
Merisa was a member of Peel Full Gospel Church.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 11, at Coffman Funeral Home, Harrison. Service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, at the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Carroll “Curly” Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Judea Cemetery with friends serving as pallbearers.
Merisa will be missed by all those who know and loved her.
