Ruby Jewell Tilley, 84, of Marshall, died Friday, Sept. 15 (2017) at Highland Court in Marshall.

The daughter of Emery Harrell and Ressie Yancey Harrell was born June 12, 1933, at Marshall. She was the wife of the late Buster Mathis and Arnold Tilley.
