Wilburn B. Risley, 79, of Flippin, died Wednesday, Feb. 3 (2016) at his home.

The son of Fenton Risley and Edna MInton was born Dec. 25, 1936, at Isabella, Missouri. He was the husband of Jean Risley, of the home.
