1 a.m. — An officer on patrol advised he’d be out with Arkansas Highway Police on a traffic stop. Assist complete.

6:08 a.m. — A caller reported a vehicle with emergency flashers parked in the roadway on Highway 43 near Grubb Springs. Arkansas State Police were also notified.

7:46 a.m. — A caller reported a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on the Walmart parking lot. The victim was taken to NARMC for treatment and an 84-year-old woman was arrested on a Baxter County warrant for insufficient funds. She was later released after posting $2,989.73 bond through a professional bondsman.

8:28 a.m. — NARMC requested Harrison Rescue help with an unresponsive 71-year-old man at an address on Floyd Avenue. Assist complete.

8:54 a.m. — A two-vehicle, non-injury wreck was reported at the north interchange.

9:09 a.m. — A woman called to report her daughter contacted her stating she was afraid someone was at the daughter’s residence to harm her. An officer responded, but said the call was unfounded.

9:54 a.m. — A 40-year-old woman went to the HPD to be served a warrant for failure to appear in court on driving on a suspended license with bond set at $1,019. She was later released on a signature bond after paying a $50 warrant service fee.

11:16 a.m. — A caller reported finding a debit card on West Stephenson. An officer took possession of the card.

11:22 a.m. — A caller reported a female subject was searching a vehicle parked in front of Attack Termite. An officer spoke to the 39-year-old woman, who said she thought her ex-husband had planted drugs in the vehicle and asked the officer to search it. She also said she had lied to an officer about being sexually assaulted in the past. She had originally denied the encounter as consensual, but said she had been assaulted by two different male subjects, although she declined pressing any charges. She was explained the steps to take if she changed her mind.

11:25 a.m. — NARMC requested Harrison Rescue help lift a patient at the Boone County Courthouse. Assist complete.

12:25 p.m. — A female subject went to the HPD to talk to an officer about a man sending her a text message asking for her bank account information. The officer explained her options.

1:14 p.m. — A female subject called to report prescription medications stolen from her residence. Information passed on to detectives.

2:14 p.m. — A caller reported possible drug activity at Family Budget Inn, but an officer said the call was unfounded.

2:30 p.m. — A woman went to the HPD to make sure a child safety seat was properly installed in her vehicle. Assist complete.

3:06 p.m. — A female subject went to the HPD to talk to an officer about an eviction notice. The officer explained her options.

3:23 p.m. — A man called via 911 to report “a male subject had come into puppy love and was acting as if he was mentally unstable,” trying to leave town in someone else’s vehicle. Officers were notified, but didn’t locate the subject.

4:42 p.m. — A recovery service reported repossessing a vehicle on South Maple. Information noted for future reference.

4:54 p.m. — A woman called to talk to an officer about possible elder abuse. She was given her options.

5:05 p.m. — A two-vehicle, non-injury wreck was reported on the Bypass in front of Share & Care.

5:28 p.m. — Extra patrol was requested at Golden Pawn due to some items stolen from behind the business the previous night.

7:12 p.m. — A Walmart employee requested an officer help remove a female subject who had been warned to stay away from the store. An officer arrested the 31-year-old woman for theft of property and criminal trespass with bond set at $1,050, as well as on warrant for probation violation with bond set at $7,695 cash only and failure to appear in court on no seat belt and driving on a suspended license. She was later released on a signature bond because the Boone County Jail was full.

7:58 p.m. — A female subject went to the HPD to report a male subject approached her at ALDI, told her not to speak to him and invaded her personal space. An officer explained her options.

8:31 p.m. — A man went to the HPD to talk to an officer about a child custody problem. The officer explained the proper steps to take.

10:43 p.m. — A woman called to report her grandson and his friend had been drinking at her residence, but were refusing to leave. An officer said the two adult male subjects did agree to leave for the night.

10:52 p.m. — An officer on a traffic stop arrested a 21-year-old female subject on an unspecified BCSO warrant. She was later released after posting unspecified bond through a professional bondsman.
