Nabholz Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids on Friday, December 20th, 2024, for Boone County. Please see the bidding submission requirements and information below:
o Project Description: Boone County Courthouse project is located at 220 Arbor Drive, Harrison, AR 72601. This project will include exterior improvements/upgrades and interior renovations to the existing building. o Pre-Bid Walk: 12/05/2024 (10:00am--12:00pm)
o This will be a guided walk-through that will begin at 10:00am.
o Bids Due: 12/20/2024 @ 2:00 PM.
o Bid Submission & Opening Address: 220 Arbor Drive, Harrison, AR 72601
o Room: Existing Large Sanctuary (Future District Court Room-- 091)
o Project Taxable: Yes
o Bid Bond Required: Yes
o Prevailing Wage: No
o Preferred Method of Proposal Submission: Final bid submissions to be completed through Building Connected. All bids will be electronically sealed and not viewable until after 2:00pm on December 20th, 2024. o Alternate Method of Proposal Submission: Hand delivered bids will be accepted between 12:00pm - 2:00pm at the Boone County Courthouse on December 20th, 2024. Ensure that envelopes are sealed with the company name on the front side of the envelope.
Bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:00pm at the Boone County Courthouse. A Nabholz team member will be present to assist with bid collection and proper room notification upon entry to the Courthouse on bid day. Contractors are to base their bids on the bid package scopes included in the Construction Managers Manual. All bids must be submitted on the required bid form located in the CM Manual and filled out in its entirety. Contractors can bid on more than one bid package, but each bid package must be submitted separately. If there are savings that can be offered if multiple bid packages are awarded, please indicate that on the bid form under the "Voluntary Alternates" section.
