Arkansas State University- Mountain Home seeks applicants for a full-time 12-month Clinical Nurse Educator.
The Clinical Nurse Educator will be placed at Baxter Health and is a key position funded through the ALIGN (Arkansas Linking Industry to Growing Nurses) grant for a two-year term. This position is responsible for the onboarding and development of clinical instructors and students, ensuring a standardized and high-quality clinical experience. The Clinical Nurse Educator serves as a crucial liaison between Baxter Health and ASUMH, facilitating communication and collaboration to support the institution's mission and strategic objectives. Minimum requirements include a current LPN license in the state of Arkansas, three years of clinical nursing experience with experience in nursing education or administration preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and academic staff.

Compensation includes an annual salary commensurate with background and experience, and a comprehensive benefits and leave package.
