There’s some potentially very good basketball right around the corner. I’m not talking professionally or collegiate even though there might be some of that as well. I’m talking about on the high school hardwood where people actually have a vested interest on a personal level because it consists of kids sweating for the passion of the game and not getting paid for their name, image or likeness. They’re hustling for the simple purpose of winning. It won’t be the typical cheering and calling the Hogs just because I’ve invested in the color red as well as varieties of apparel, posters, license plates and soft, fuzzy blankets. Those things are nice but on a high school level it just means more. It’s more personal. more
