Service: 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with interment at Union Hill Cemetery; Visitation: 10-11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at the funeral home.

Clinton Taylor, age 76, of Harrison, passed away Thursday, Nov. 8 (2018) at his residence with his family by his side.  

Clinton was born Nov. 14, 1941, in Wayton, to Orvind and Bertie King Taylor.  

Clinton married the love of his life, Norma Van Curen, on Sept. 14, 1963, celebrating 55 years of marriage. He loved talking to people, woodworking, politics, fishing, and gardening. He retired from the Arkansas Highway Department where he was a welder.  

Clinton is survived by his wife, Norma Taylor, of the home; son Keith Taylor, three grandchildren and their spouses: Andrew and Audrey Taylor, Matthew and Charity Taylor, and Jonathan Taylor; four great-grandchildren, Nate, Melody, Julia and Willow Taylor; his five brothers, Maurice, Joe, Mac, Sam, and James Taylor and a whole host of dear friends.  

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home with Nelson Henderson officiating. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Union Hill Cemetery.  

Pallbearers will be Andrew Taylor, Matthew Taylor, Jonathan Taylor, Keith Taylor, Chris Taylor and Jeremiah Taylor.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jamie Taylor, Dr. Rebecca Simon and nursing staff, and the McDonalds coffee drinking group.

Arrangements are by Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.
