Jennifer “Jennie” Blackwell, 73, of Harrison, died Wednesday, April 24 (2019) at Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville.

The daughter of Hubert Risley and Shirley Fehr Jones was born Aug. 5, 1945, at Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She was the wife of Joe Blackwell, of the home.
