Mary Jane McFann

Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 8, at the First United Methodist Church in Harrison, followed by inurnment at Maple Leaf Cemetery; arrangements are with Holt Memorial Chapel.

Mary Jane McFann, of Harrison, passed from this life on Wednesday, May 29 (2019) at Hospice of the Hills House. She was 86 years old. 

Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 8, at the First United Methodist Church in Harrison, followed by inurnment at Maple Leaf Cemetery.  

The daughter of August and Margaret (Hester) Negendank was born on March 4, 1933, in Dover, Delaware. 

Mary was a member of the First United Methodist Church where she regularly attended the Circle Meetings. She enjoyed crocheting and donating blankets to the church. Mary also enjoyed visiting the local nursing homes to sing to the residents.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Howard McFann Sr; three sons, Michael Howard McFann, Patrick Henry McFann and James Howard McFann Jr.; and her parents. 

Survivors include one son, Ross McFann, of California; two daughters, Linda Robles and husband, Louis Miguel, of Harrison, and Michele Head and husband, Mark, of Omaha; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
