Service: 10 a.m. Monday, July 16, at Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper, with burial at Smith Cemetery at Vendor; Visitation: 4-6 p.m. Sunday, July 15, at the funeral home.

Vada Lou Campbell Walker, 69 of Dover, passed away Thursday, July 12 (2018) at Baptist Health Center in Little Rock.

She was born Feb. 13, 1949, in Redrock, to Vade Monroe and Donna Venita (Passmore) Campbell, one of three sets of twins in her family. She married Gene Edward Walker on Sept. 22, 1973, in Vendor. She attended First Baptist Church of Dover.

She was a loving mother, sister and aunt. She was very involved with her family and always made them laugh and smile. Vada Lou was a very special lady, she loved life and was ready to go to her heavenly home.

She endured much suffering here on earth, but was one of the strongest people you would ever know. Vada Lou was uplifting to all she met and her family and friends will truly miss her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her twin sister, Donna Sue Waldo; nephews, David Waldo and Chadrick McCutcheon; and a great-nephew, Aaron Sims.

Vada Lou is survived by her sons, Brandy Lee Campbell of Dover and Lee Edward Walker of Nashville, TN; her siblings, Jimmie Lee Hankins Atkinson, Patsy Jean Clark, Ronnie David Campbell and his twin, Connie Darlene Campbell, Wanda Fern Freeman and her twin, Euna McCutcheon; and her nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 16, at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper. Burial will follow at Smith Cemetery in Vendor.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, July 15, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Scott Hankins, Richard Garland, Freddie Don Flud, Jimmy Gunter, Chad McCutcheon and Dan Sims.

Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Andrew Henry, Dr. Kevin Beavers, Dr. Thomas Sneed and her special friend and caregiver, Jennifer Hampton.
