Willie Ray Horn, 70, of St. Joe, died Tuesday, May 21 (2019) at UAMS in Little Rock.
The son of Cecil Paul and Wilma Nadene (Martin) Horn was born Aug. 2, 1948 at Harrison.
He was the father of Joey, Amanda and Teresa.
Services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, May 24, at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison, with burial in Western Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 23, at the funeral home.
