Tiffany Hadley, owner of Bella Ella’s hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce on May 7. The Gourmet Grilled Cheese Foodtruck parked at RE/MAX Unlimited for the special occasion.
Chamber ambassador Robin Reeves welcomed the community to the YouTube live event, “If you haven’t tried their sandwiches, you should because they are awesome,” she said.
“We see you all over town,” Melissa Collins, chairman of the Chamber Board of Directors said. “Since you are a food truck, you don’t have a central location. So go to Facebook and see where Bella Ella will be for that day. If you haven’t tried Bella Ella’s yet, you need to. It’s very delicious.”
Tara Willmont, former classmate of Hadley and chair elect for the Chamber said, “I love Bella Ella’s and my favorite sandwich is The Hunter.”
“Thank you, that’s a really popular one,” Hadley agreed. Collins asked if a plain grilled cheese sandwich is available. “Yes,” Hadley answered. “It’s called the Finnegan.”
Harrison Mayor Jerry Jackson, “This is without a doubt the best example of entrepreneurship that I can think of. You folks have a great concept, and a great product. I’m sure you guys work very hard. Of course, hard work doesn’t always guarantee success, but you surely won’t have it without it. Congratulations. We look forward to seeing your food truck around town for many years.”
Hadley said, “Thank you to everyone and I appreciate your support as a small business in this community. I’m glad to get to move back home. We are involved in a lot of community events. So look for us, and find us on Facebook.”
“The whole community is excited. You have tremendous gourmet sandwiches,” Bob Largent, Chamber CEO/president said. “Welcome to Harrison, and we are happy to have you here.”
