The March luncheon of Boone and Newton Counties Retired Teachers and Support Staff (BNCRTSS) was Tuesday, March 7, at Western Sizzlin’ in Harrison. President Charles Adair welcomed everyone before introducing Harrison High School Theater teacher and Ozarks Arts Council (OAC) Executive Director, Julianna Hamblin.
