Tricia Padilla can be found at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC), where her dedication as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) has transformed countless lives. With a career spanning over three decades, Tricia’s journey began in her 20s, after graduating from St. John’s (now Mercy) Respiratory Therapy School in Springfield, Missouri. Today, at 53, she continues to be a beacon of hope and compassion for her patients.
