Harrison now has an official master plan for the location and the construction of future pedestrian and bicycle trails in the city. The plan was officially adopted by the city council Thursday night, Jan. 26, after having been vetted by the Community Environmental, Services and Welfare Committee led by new chairman council member Reed Petty.
