Originally from Dover, Rachel Collie and her family moved to Batavia in March 2017 to pastor Batavia Assembly of God. A licensed cosmetologist and graduate of Arkansas Beauty College in Russellville, Collie operated Rachel’s Beauty Shop in Dover before relocating to Harrison.
