Chuck Eddington, Harrison’s parks director, spoke to the city council at their meeting on Thursday, Aug. 22, providing updates on the Creekside Community Center’s progress. Creekside is scheduled to host a grand opening and tours on Oct. 12, at 10 a.m., when the community is invited to gather and explore all that this long-awaited project will have to offer. A soft launch will begin in September with limited tours and a membership drive, shared Eddington.
