Shane Bridges loves to run. The 44-year-old says that a 5-mile run makes him feel great. His active life includes a doting wife, six children that adore him and a job in Information Technology at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. You have probably seen some of Shane's work as a graphic designer on flyers and announcements for events hosted by the NARMC Foundation, such as the yearly Santa Shuffle or other fundraisers, which he did in his own time to help a good cause.
