Boone County Judge, Robert Hathaway has declared Feb. 1-5 Boone County Farm Bureau week because farmers provide consumers with an unprecedented wealth of quality food and fiber products at a reasonable cost.
“The farmers of this county economically impact us far beyond their mere numbers. They are thoughtful stewards of our natural resources,” Hathaway said. “I appreciate a substantial number of farmers choose Boone County Farm Bureau to further their economic and social objectives.”
“I urge farmers and the many friends of agriculture to support Farm Bureau as it strives for economic parity for farm families in Boone County and the state of Arkansas,” Hathaway concluded.
