Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), a high school organization that helps students prepare for careers and business, annually offers Esports competitions for students across the nation. Electronic sports (Esports) are structured video game tournaments where students play in team competitions. Through Esports, students develop skills including teamwork, communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and digital literacy.
