BELLEFONTE — The Valley Springs Fire Department (VSFD) responded to Bellefonte for the report of a structure fire with the homeowner still inside on Monday night. Harrison Fire Department, Harmon Fire Department, and Western Grove Fire Department were requested for mutual aid.
