LITTLE ROCK — Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has ordered the United States flag and the state flag of Arkansas be flown at half-staff throughout the state from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, Nov. 19. The order intends to memorialize the life of Sgt. Charles Edwin Beaty of Lake City, “on the day of his internment, in memory of his life.”
