The Department of Human Services (DHS) aims to fully saturate the state of Arkansas with Naloxone (also known as Narcan), a lifesaving overdose reversal agent. DHS was able to purchase a sufficient quantity of naloxone kits to meet the saturation needs of the state, with an additional surplus available for a limited time.
