After a potluck lunch the Grubb Springs Extension Homemakers club met at 1pm Wednesday, Nov. 16. Tiffany Nichols led the pledge to the flag. Roll call was answered with the question, what are you most thankful for? Ten members turned in a total of 162 volunteer work hours. There were three visitors at this meeting, Donna Willis, Jackie Weeks and Tina McCain. Carolyn Luallen passed around copies of the Treasurers report. A metal table and a sewing machine belonging to the club were sold .Dorothy Dinnean decorated the club house with a Fall –Thanksgiving theme. Members brought canned and various other food items for the 16 Days of Giving program that will be given to needy people at Christmas time. Pet supplies were also brought and will be taken to the Ozark Humane Society. Devotional was given by Dinnean, a true story. A 100 year old man was asked to what he thought he owed his long life to, he said “Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so”. A silent
