CARROLL COUNTY – A 26-year-old Harrison man is facing multiple felony charges after a road rage incident led to a crash and the discovery of drugs and a firearm inside his vehicle, according to an arrest affidavit filed in Carroll County Circuit Court on Wednesday, March 26.
