Extensive rainstorms on Monday night led into a soggy election day throughout Northwest Arkansas. Lake Harrison rose up beneath the Main Street bridge-under-construction, to levels much higher than the low-to-nothing depths that have been seen as of late; the rushing muddy current serving as a visual reminder of what the purpose of a bridge is.
