A conditional use permit for a residential day care center at the corner of South Oak Street and West Central Avenue was approved Tuesday by the Harrison Planning Commission following a brief public hearing. Some neighbors of the 124 South Oak Street address called attention to their safety concerns associated with traffic using West Central and limited parking on South Oak.
