Potential home buyers and renters desiring to move to Harrison may discover there is a short supply of houses and apartment units on the market. Housing is the number one issue the city faces in terms of community growth according to Bob Largent, president and CEO of the Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce. The shrinking inventory of homes has worsened as new residential developments have not kept up with the influx of new people moving in.
