LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas Construction Education Foundation (ACEF) has announced a transition in leadership. Kathy Fulks, who has served as Executive Director for nine years, has retired. ACEF shared that Zach Sloan, previously ACEF Deputy Director, will be promoted to the role of Executive Director.
