This groundhog this year is going to far with Phil seeing his shadow after they drug him out for 6 more weeks of winter and then a groundhog on 311 down by Enon bridge named Howard that the fishermen keep an eye on saw his shadow and they are calling for snow Feb. 12 so here we go.
