Greg Thomas, with Garver Engineering, told the Lions Club a few weeks ago about several projects North Arkansas College’s Construction Equipment Operations class and the Boone County Airport have worked on together. The students at North Arkansas College have saved the airport almost $300,000 with “in-kind” services.
