On Thursday, Nov. 16, a public hearing was held on proposed changes to the Zoning Code, immediately followed by the regular City Council meeting. In an effort to make room for the Thanksgiving holiday, the city committee meeting was not held this month, and the full council meeting was moved forward to the 16th, the third Thursday of November.
