EUREKA SPRINGS — Suzanne Reed, of Eureka Springs, has been named as a recipient of an Arkansas Arts Council 2024 Individual Artist Fellowship grant. The grant is presented to creatives living and working in Arkansas. She will be honored at a reception on Thursday, Oct. 3. The event will take place at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, in Little Rock, 5-8 p.m.
