Harrison Sewer Department workers make repairs to the concrete around a sewer manhole cover located on Sherman Wednesday morning. The old concrete was jack hammered out and removed. New concrete was poured and smoothed out. Recent frozen precipitation caused damage to the old concrete and made it pop loose.
