Callers to the Daily Times say they are having trouble determining the state Legislature districts after the maps were redrawn in 2021 as required by law following the 2020 Census. This map shows state House District 6 in yellow, which is the northern parts of Boone and Carroll counties. State Rep. Harlan Breaux of Holiday Island and Brian Ayers of Oak Grove are both seeking the Republican nomination for the seat and the winner will face Democratic nominee Markeeta Tucker of Omaha in the November General Election.
