A "State of the State Breakfast" was held on the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 29, at the JPH Conference Center on the south campus of North Arkansas College. The Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce featured a panel of Boone County Legislatures to talk about current issues facing the local citizens.
