The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s Private Lands Division was thrilled to see the number of youth applying last week for Arkansas Waterfowl Rice Incentive Conservation Enhancement program hunts for the upcoming Youth Special Waterfowl Hunt weekend. Youth under 16 may hunt statewide from 30 minutes before sunrise to sunset on Saturday and Sunday, and special permit hunts in wildlife management areas and on the leased WRICE fields were made available through the AGFC’s license app with signup last week through midnight Sunday.
