According to affidavits filed in Marion County last week, a former Bull Shoals mayor — 69 year-old David Nixon, is accused of the crimes of abuse of office and theft of property. This follows an investigation by Special Agent JayP Massiet with the Public Integrity Unit of the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office.
