State vehicle fatalities for September 14 – 20

There were 3 fatalities on Arkansas roads and highways last week, bringing the total to 340 so far for 2026.
• Icelena Roy, 36 of Hot Springs, was killed in a single-vehicle accident that occurred on Monday, September 14, in Pulaski County.

Roy was in the left lane of traffic. A 2020 Nissan struck Roy.

The accident happened at 12:53 a.m. on Monday. The weather was clear, and the road condition was dry.

• Floyd Leonard Pretty, 56, and Gina Annette Moore, 60, both of Harrisburg, were killed in a single-vehicle accident that occurred on Friday, September 18, in Poinsett County.

A 2000 GMC Sierra, driven by Pretty with Moore as passenger, left the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.

The accident happened at 12 a.m. on Friday. The weather was clear, and the road condition was dry.
